This year, PBGA received a grant from The Georgia Baptist Health Care Foundation, which allowed us to provide our full Circle of Vision Care Initiative to children in the Clarke County School District (CCSD). We have been able to implement this initiative so successfully because of the amazing partnership with CCSD School Nursing.
The Circle of Vision Care Initiative goes beyond certified vision screening and provides free comprehensive, fully-dilated eye exams and two free pairs of eyeglasses to students who are referred for a full exam and are potentially in need of corrective lenses beyond their initial vision screening.
